Checked on-line first and asked for pricing from various dealers. Susan was the only one who got back to us with actual pricing on what we where looking for. On our first visit (our goal was only to test drive the model we had in mind to purchase) Susan Clark (our sales person) made it a point to show us all of the details of the car we had in mind, and gave us a relaxed test drive with no sales pressure. Susan made a good case as to why we should purchase from her and Hyundai, and even offered model options (higher range and lower ranged) for us to consider. At no time did she bash the other brand models we had mentioned we where considering. She just let the merits of the Hyundai brand stand on their own. After about two weeks of research we finally settled on a Hyundai, time to talk price and options with Susan. The car buying experience with Susan and Orlando Hyundai was stress less and a far cry from my past experiences with dealerships. We purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata at a fair price and didn't have to compromise on what we wanted. I just hope when it is time to meet the service dept folks things are as pleasurable as the buying experience was. More
