I was nervous about the whole dealership experience, but Glenn Bean made it easy and just about as enjoyable as making such a terrifying purchase can be. A few things that were a bit confusing to me on the Glenn Bean made it easy and just about as enjoyable as making such a terrifying purchase can be. A few things that were a bit confusing to me on the first day were cleared up the following week when i returned to the dealership and spoke to Glenn again in person. I thought it was very helpful to be able to speak to Glenn himself, so that was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Hyundai for my BEAUTIFUL new Tuscon. I love it! More

We found all the personal that we dealt with very friendly, helpful and not pushy. I have found at other dealers the sale person would be very friendly then would turn pushy to almost demanding tryin friendly, helpful and not pushy. I have found at other dealers the sale person would be very friendly then would turn pushy to almost demanding trying to close a deal so it was very refreshing not to go through that at Orlando Hyundai. We own a Veracruz and have been very happy with that and now looking for a car that would be economical our thoughts was to consider another Hyundai. As with most car buyers the bottom line is the major sticking point, and between trade in value and financing our budget goal was met. It was an easy pleasant buying experience. As a note as to the car, the next day we had driven to Miami and found the car to have a much larger car feel. Smooth ride, held the road great, quite, and was very comfortable and roomy for a 4 hour drive. Only realized it was a compact car when we got out and looked at it in a parking space. Very pleased with it. More
