I didn't know anything about Orlando Hyundai before walking in the first time a couple weeks ago. I was greeted by my sales person Juan Sauri within 30 seconds of getting out of my car. He was very happy to show me vehicles that I was interested in and also took me on a test drive. At first the dealership did not have the exact vehicle with options and color I wanted to Juan took down my information and called me a week or so later when a vehicle arrived matching my list. I test drove the vehicle again and Juan gave me a full and detailed tour of the car which helped me out a lot. On my third and final trip to the dealership I decided to work through the numbers with Juan and his sales manager. After a couple trips bak and forth we were able to settle on a deal that was satisfactory for each side. Throughout the entire process I necer felt pressured in any way. I've bought a lot of new cars and this is definitly in my top 2 best buying experiences. I will be sending more of my friends to Juan for sure. More

I called all the Hyundai dealerships in the area- When I shared my budget and desires in a new car, Jason was was the only one who said yes, I can get you an out the door price for $21-22K- on a new Elantra shared my budget and desires in a new car, Jason was was the only one who said yes, I can get you an out the door price for $21-22K- on a new Elantra- no high pressure, had the car waiting for me- shared the highlights of what a great car it is and shared with my teenage son all the detail- wonderful sales person to work with - he made it quick and easy to make happen. I abosolutely love my vehicle, and it was a pleasure working with salesmen Mike and Rory! The only downside of this experience is that once I purchased my 2012 Hyundai and we began setting up all of working with salesmen Mike and Rory! The only downside of this experience is that once I purchased my 2012 Hyundai and we began setting up all of the features, I discovered that my T-Mobile MyTouch phone (purchased February 2011) does not seem to work with my Bluelink system. You can imagine how frustrating this is, especially since I have already paid for the program. (And, because the Bluelink system apparently works with phones from back in 2006! Frustrating!). I am hoping that Hyudai can solve this for me, immediately. If friends and family are in the market for a new car, I will gladly recommend the friendly sales team at Hyudai, although at this time, I cannot support the Bluelink system. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS WAS THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. JORGE CAVERO WAS TOP NOTCH AS MY SALES REPRESENATIVE. HE DISPLAYED A GREAT SENSE OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE VEHICLE,EXPLAININ EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. JORGE CAVERO WAS TOP NOTCH AS MY SALES REPRESENATIVE. HE DISPLAYED A GREAT SENSE OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE VEHICLE,EXPLAINING HOW EVERYTHING WORKED, AS WELL AS THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CAR. I NEVER FELT PRESSURED INTO BUYING AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Frank did a great job. He was very helpful and friendly to deal with. Frank was knowledgeable and did everything he could to make us feel good about the purchase of our new car. One area that we were disappointed in was when we were presented the paperwork. The paperwork was missing numbers. We returned the next day to purchase the car and there was an additional $1,000 in dealership fees that were not previously presented to us. They stated that it was a computer error and met us half way however the percepetion was that we were there and ready to buy and now they were adding on fees at the last minute. They did help to remedy the situation but as an organization I would be truly concerned about the reputation of the company when errors like this occur. This is a severe problem! This was not Frank's error it was a computer problem. More
Everyone I dealt with was very nice to me. They met my request for trade in amount, the car was already marked down, and they got me in and out of the deal very quickly because I had to leave for work.
