Great experience with final sales! I came to the dealership in the afternoon to look at inventory. I approched the counter to inquire about hybrids and was told that they were out in the lot, but wa dealership in the afternoon to look at inventory. I approched the counter to inquire about hybrids and was told that they were out in the lot, but was not asked if I needed help. (Single woman?) I was there for about an hour or so, in and out, looking at vehicles, and no one approached me to see if I needed any assistance. Admittedly, the dealership was extremely busy as it was Labor Day weekend. But as I was leaving, Tito stopped me in the parking lot and asked if anyone was helping me. I told him "no", but that there was a vehicle I was very interested in. He gave me his business card. I returned later with my husband and asked for Tito. Our final sales experience was very pleasant, good #'s on trade-in and final cost. I will say that we got a bit of "hard sell" on the extended Platinum warranty fron Sam (even after we were standing outside waiting for our car). "No thanks" means no thanks. Over all - great! More
