Honestly, this was my second visit to the dealership. My first was less than pleasant. I went to get some info on the Sonata Limited and let the salesman know that I was not ready to buy that day but wanted first was less than pleasant. He basically left us standing on the lot after the test drive after he returned to the building where keys are kept. A few days later, I was looking at your inventory online and Mr Wilson's text box popped up and I asked the question about available inventory of Sonata Limiteds. He was very straight forward and I decided to return to the dealership. He was leaving for an appointment but put me in contact with Mr. Bean, who was extremely helpful. The original salesman saw me there and proceeded to speak about me to another salesman in Spanish and constantly gave me dirty looks as i spoke to Glen. We weren't able to reach a deal that day, but Glen didn't forget about me and followed up. He was honest and forthcoming and I returned to the dealership and struck a deal. My daughter plans to buy a new car and I plan to send her to Cliff and Glen. The success of this sale is based solely on the customer service skills of Cliff and Glen. More
