The wait time to deal with the business manager was a bit long, but every other aspect of the sale was concise, businesslike and classy. I look for that when making any purchases. I dont like to be pressured and i didnt feel that at all! I drove around town to the 3 different dealerships, Ford, Toyota and Hyundai and I said, I QUIT! Dealing with all the sales people, trying to get you to commit to buying today, the managers who are just so pushy, I found it very stressful and exhausting! One example: Bob Dance lied through there teeth. I called 3 times, and was told the price the newspaper was the price they were selling it for. I thought, Wow, they have it for a few thousand less then the other guys, I should go there. WRONG. I felt trapped there, with manager after manager coming in, attempting to make me agree on buying today. The price kept changing; it was never the same as the newspaper. I asked for my keys and left. I said I am going though the Internet it must be easier. It was! I got in contact with two dealerships via the Internet. Both did a fantastic job on price. Hollar Hyundai and Orlando Hyundai gave great prices. It was the service of a young man, Jeremy that did it for me. Jeremy Suika of Orlando Hyundai gave one of the best sales experiences I have had. His trick was he was not selling, just giving. He gave, gave and gave. Not once did he ask an evasive question. He was no pressure, I welcome relief. I had no coach, no one to help me, I was on my own. But Jeremy and his managers made me feel comfortable, confident in my decision, and prepared with info. I though how could someone not act like a car salesmen be a car salesmen, but Jeremy does it. I bought my 2010 Hyunda Sonata 2 months ago. Since then I have referred two of my girlfriends to Jeremy, who sold both of them! He is a great young man who thinks of others first, great in a person, rare for a car salesman. More

Jeremy was helpful, attentive, and was a sincere and honest salesman, quite a rare thing now a days. He was prepared and answered all of my questions and concerns. Not to mention the price they gave me was better than the other dealers I came across which was a welcomed relief. I didn't feel pressured or forced into anything, I trusted what he told me.
