Delivered as Advertise At first, I was a little apprehended as the dealer did not explain their promotion on the phone, I had to go to the dealer. When I got there I was surprised at how professional there were throughout the whole process. The process started with a meet and greet with small talk; at which point Jerado asked me what I am looking for and what futures I needed. I knew I wanted a Sonata, he then explained the different type of Sonatas. He suggested a couple of cars based on my requirements, I was offered to test drive any or all the cars. I choose the car I wanted, and we went for a test drive. Jerado Gaulden was very help and explained all features and answered all my questions professionally. Gerry Polaski was very helpful with the financing and took the time to answer all my questions even though it was after closing. More

Terin made everything seamless and answered all our questions. No haggling or anything, just upfront pricing and that was appreciated. The only thing that I was a little turned off with was the fact that the initial deal that I thought I was coming in for was no longer available. I did not realize that sales changed that quickly and that was a little annoying that even though I had an original email in hand with my conversation with Jerado stating the sale, it could not be honored. Just a little tip, if your advertising a certain deal, especially on television, run that deal until its expiration date as previously stated. Dont change it a week before the expiration date. That makes it unbelievably frustrating and may sway my decision next time to continue with Hyundai. But overall the staff was awesome. More
