bait and switch I hate to have to be writing this review as my car buying experience started as a really good thing. The sales guy was very nice. I took a couple of days to make a decision and when I went back they had sold the one I wanted. The found the color I wanted at a different Hyundai dealer so they went over and got it. I met with the finance guy, who seemed very nice. He convinced me to get the 10 year warranty and worked hard to still stay within my budget. Sadly, this is where it all took a turn for the bad. I got home and realized I was only getting a 7 year warranty. I called my sales person who had the finance guy contact me. He swore that we had talked about this and he had the documents to back it up. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have not seen the documents. I contacted my sales person again who said he was going to work to resolve this. I have never heard back from him either. It's like nobody wants to deal with me and in the meantime I'm paying for something different than what was promised. Just BEWARE when signing anything. More

Not what you expect! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, no "turn overs", no games. My first contact was through the Internet sal This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, no "turn overs", no games. My first contact was through the Internet sales manager Norbert, who was very accommodating and prompt in answering my questions. When I arrived at my appointment, Norbert was still with another family, so he introduced me to Daniel, who stayed with me for over 3.5 hours! (I appreciate the fact that they do not abandon you, or turn you over to someone else for the "close") Your sales pro will start with you, and if you end up buying a car, he or she will hand you the keys and watch you drive off the lot. Every step was clear, and they worked hard to get me the very best deal. The finance director is super, and extremely well organized. Even though I went in with pre-approved financing, they worked to see if they could find me a better deal. I drove away with an amazing new Sonata Sport that I absolutely love, and I will definitely go back for any future purchases I may need. Thanks to Daniel and the entire staff. They absolutely rock!
