He also tried to get me lunch while I was waiting. Those things probably don't mean much to most, but since I have worked in a customer service industry for 25 years, it was nice to know that someone else valued my time as much as I do. It's often the little things that we take for granted that are the ones that are truly appreciated. Many can learn that customer service is not dead in this economy with people like him.
