Greenway Hyundai Orlando - Service Center

I have a new Santa Cruz and while in the process of loading the truck bed the latch would not open the sliding top. Only the gate would open. I drove to Greenway since it was the closest dealership. Their response was that without an appointment, they could not look at it for at least 4 hours. I asked if it could be something simple or could they at least look at it so I would know if I could use it for work today, but they wouldn't even look at it while they were standing next to it. I drove to Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, and they immediately took a look and had the problem solved in less than 60 seconds. I would never consider going to Greenway for service, or even sales going forward. More

We were charged for a rotation of tires which were supposed to be included in the oil change. My husband called when we got home when he saw the charge and nobody called him back., and we’re having is supposed to be included in the oil change.
