There’s always an issue when I come to this location. I do not plan to purchase another KIA in the future. The quality of the cars I’ve purchased over the years has declined along with their service. I always wait hours longer than necessary with an appointment and have to ask for updates. The most recent time I went was a repeat visit because the issue claimed to be fixed was not. This is the third time something like this has happened. I also asked for a car wash which should only take 45 extra minutes. I waited an hour and a half and it still was not done.
