I had to have my car towed in after having extensive work done at another Kia dealership. I waited 2 hours for nothing to be done or fixed! They didn’t fix the code, or the lights all coming up, the tires were over inflated between 4-7 pounds too much. The problem was it was over a month to get a small part in that I was never notified that it even came in at all. It took repeated calls on my own just to find out what was going on!
