Dropped off the car for a oil change and got it back later that day, and when we were out the car through a code, we asked if we could bring it back in and they said yes, so we brought it back on Satur later that day, and when we were out the car through a code, we asked if we could bring it back in and they said yes, so we brought it back on Saturday. They said it was the alternator. Josh was our advisor and it was very hard to get in Touch with him to figure out what was going on with our car. Heard nothing from him all weekend long, heard nothing on Monday, on Tuesday, we called a bunch of times got hung up on a few times, kept telling us Josh would call us back that no one else could help us and he never called us back. Finally called us on Wednesday. We got the car back and it threw the same code. Had to bring the car back again. They said they forgot to plug some things in. Horrible service for keeping us updated by Josh. Had a miss a few days of work, because I have no car. We felt like sense of urgency was not there on Kia‘s part and didn’t care about good service. Dropped off vehicle on June 19th for several issues including engine. They determined I needed a new engine. Engine was covered under warranty. After lots of run around, they told me on the afternoon o including engine. They determined I needed a new engine. Engine was covered under warranty. After lots of run around, they told me on the afternoon of August 31 the vehicle was finished and ready to be picked up. When I got to the dealership on September 1 I found out that the sunroof was not fixed and they had to order parts. I asked why it wasn’t already done as they had plenty of time. Was informed they ordered the parts and forgot all about the repair. Parts were sent back after 30 days. They reordered the parts. Parts arrived on september 5th. When I dropped the vehicle back off I told them the headliner near the window was pulled down slightly. I was informed they did that and it would be placed back in the correct position when they finished the repair. Went back in on september 7th to pick up the vehicle as I was informed that the repairs were completed. The headliner and not been tucked back in. My service advisor said “we will have to order a part. We will call you when it arrives and you can bring it back in and we will fix that. Very frustrated that the work was not complete after having the vehicle for approx 75 days and a week after it was supposed finished I’m still waiting on parts.
