Horrible place to do business with. No communication, no one answers the phone or returns calls. Had no idea what was going on with my car. They did not bother to tell me what was wrong or how long it would take until the day it was fixed a week later (warranty issue, they ordered the part and fixed without telling me). When I picked up the car it was nowhere to be found. Walked around the entire lot only for them to tell me it was dead so the key alarm wouldn’t work, and it needed a jump so I couldn’t leave anyway. They told me the day before that I need a new battery soon so I declined getting it from them and would go elsewhere, never addressed the urgency that I needed it NOW. Why bother giving me the keys and let me wander aimlessly knowing it’s dead in a back lot and needed a jump start. Lazy, uncaring workers. This was a second chance visit after another similarly bad experience. Will never return here again. More

when using the IVR to connect with the service department for a vehicle being worked on, no one answers the call. The dealer was very responsive to identifying the problem with my new Sorrento when there was a manufacturing defect in the transfer case.
