Ask for Brandon G!!! I was not in the market for a vehicle, I just purchased a brand new 2013 Optima at the end of last year. I was at the dealership on 12/08/14 waiting f I was not in the market for a vehicle, I just purchased a brand new 2013 Optima at the end of last year. I was at the dealership on 12/08/14 waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I was helped by a very nice young man Brandon who asked if everything was going ok with my car and if I was enjoying it. Brandon offered to show me the new 2015 Optima while I waited for my car. Based on the GREAT experience I had with Brandon, I was ready to buy a new car when I was not even looking to purchase right now! Brandon was very knowledgable and taught me things about my car that I did not know. He was EXCELLENT! Brandon also showed me a Sorento when I told him that I had just had a baby since I bought my car and may need to upgrade in the near future. I have to admit, I was not very happy with my first purchase from this dealership last yeat, but if I had any doubts on buying another Kia, Brandon changed all that. He certaintly has made me a loyal Kia cusstomer. I feel like I may be able to upgrade my car sooner than I thought. I will most definitely be back to get my Sorento and I hope Brandon is there to help! More

Melinda was the only one who came to see how we were doing and if there was anything she could help us with. We ended up trading in our 2012 Kia Optima for a 2014 Kia Optima and that would not have happened without Melinda. She was a joy to work with and I would love to do business with her again when we trade in for our next new Kia. More

Louis Morejon; Wayne Osso; Some time ago I brought my KIA in for service. Which as it turns out will be the last time I will bring it in! I asked for an oil change which I hope I got ! Ed had suggested to rotate the tires also which would make the bill just under $60 as I had advised Ed I only brought $60. I advised Ed, the service person, I believe I had a slow leak in my passenger side tire. He said he would have it checked. I've dealt with Ed before and he is very pleasant and good at his job... The bill for the work done was I think $59.00. I was told later that there was a small nail in the tire and it would be 39.95 to fix. I said that I thought the price was too high and said not now thanks. Two days later the low tire light came on the dash. I went to put air in the low tire and started with the rear tires being that I paid for a tire rotation and the tire that was on the front passenger side would not be the one, so I thought, NOT! It wasn't changed and is still on the passenger front. I contacted the service person, a young lady the told me she would handle the situation and would cut me a check for the cost of the tire rotation that I didn't receive and send it to me, NOT. I had asked for the Service manager and she told me that he wasn't there and she didn't know when he would be back! I told her that I'd come in next week and she said he would be out of town. The home office sent me a questionnaire about the service I received, haven't heard back. I was going to have the tire done the other day and low and behold, the key for the tire lock was not to be found! I searched every place, glove box,trunk,in the area of the spare tire, the side panels on the doors, under the seats, the arm rest compartments, not to be found! Big Joke on me, for not having the tire patched...! Would you bring your car in for service? After being treated like I was? Along with all the trouble I had that day I was dealing with my wife having Stage IV Cancer. Good Business Practice.............. Since I wrote this report, I was contacted immediately by Louis Morejon. He was very surprised to her of the problem I had with the service dept. I have no issues with the staff of this service center. My complaints are about corporate policies that they have to implement that resulted in a low rating. . Exorbitant charge for battery check ($45) My complaints are about corporate policies that they have to implement that resulted in a low rating. . Exorbitant charge for battery check ($45) when Firestone, Greenway Dodge, Autozone, etc do it for free. I will never go back for a battery check or change. . I transferred from Orlando KIA West but the records could not be transferred because of the system chosen by corporate. In this day and age, why should this be a problem? More
I originally bought my Optima from Orlando Kia "WEST" and was not impressed by the staff, professionalism and the building itself. With that being said they did get me a great deal on the car I l "WEST" and was not impressed by the staff, professionalism and the building itself. With that being said they did get me a great deal on the car I leased. So they still helped me out. But I lost some trust along the way due to some negligence in the finance department and the closeout of the deal. So when it came to my first service on the vehicle I decided to go to their sister store Orlando Kia EAST since it was a new dealership and it wasn't too far from my house. First impression of the new building was impressive, the cleanliness and smell exceptional and the friendliness was just right. Plenty of cars to look at inside the showroom and there is lots of coffee available. The waiting room has nice comfy leather seats and a big screen TV to keep you busy if you decided to wait. My service department advisor Edward was very professional, thorough and kept me up to date on everything. I was impressed! I have been there three times so far and have always received the same quality service each time. I would recommend this dealer to anyone for either a purchase of a new vehicle or the service department. Kudos! More

The service is why I go to this Orlando KIA East since I bought my KIA Soul here. Not only does Edward goes out of his way to make sure that I am in and out quick but that I am only having service that I ne bought my KIA Soul here.
