Took 2 hours for just an oil change with a scheduled appointment. They texted me and when I responded they ignored me. Once car was completed they came. When getting back in my car my driver side mat was filthy like they spilled something thankfully I have the weather tech mats. Overall poor quality. They called me for a follow up on how well it went I let the lady know and nobody bothered to follow up with my concerns. Definitely not the worst but definitely dropped ball on communication and time and cleanliness. More
