At 8:30 on a Tuesday morning the place was packed. I counted 15 customers sitting. I chatted with another customer who was ahead of me and here for her final 'free' oil change only it wasn't free. I went in for an oil change at 7:45am as scheduled. No one touched my car until 9:15am. At 10am I got my new car back with grease on the rear door. There was also a chip in the paint.
