Ridiculous price for oil change and cabin air filter. Could've paint 1/4 of that price doing it myself, I was told it would all be free prior to getting anything done. Was quoted 2 hours my appt was at 9 am had my 2 children with me 1 and 8 waited the 2 hours still wasn’t ready my mom came and picked me up thankfully. Was called around 1 to tell me they did everything and with me 1 and 8 waited the 2 hours still wasn’t ready my mom came and picked me up thankfully. Was called around 1 to tell me they did everything and would cal me back in just a couple mins when the vehicle was done with the wash never called back I called around 330 to ask if the car was ready couldn’t get a service person on the phone finally they answered and said yes it was ready. Talk to service manager when I get there who gave some lame story and excuse that I didn’t care about only to tell me yep it happens understandable but if it’s gonna be a long wait then quote someone 5 hours and if it’s done earlier than great no disappointment, but when you quote 2 hours and it ends up being 7 hours kind of upsetting thankfully didn’t have to wait with my kids that long cause if I had wouldn’t have been great for everyone involved. Overall service there sucks, not the first time they have done this I’m sure it won’t be the last. Also was due for an oil change and they didn’t say anything to me even though they had all my info. More

I came in with a scheduled appointment. I was told they didn't have the tire and stock that the nail in my tire was too big of a hole to patch. I came back the next day after the advisor had not ordered the tire the manager Joe had to order it. And then when I came back they told me oh it can be patched. I'm very concerned One tech told me I couldn't Patch It One tech told me I could patch it I feel very uncomfortable with the tire. And if it could have been fixed on the first day of my scheduled appointment why did I have to make a second trip. I live 50 miles away 25 each way that's a hundred miles I put on my car for no reason. More
