1. Our new Carnival does NOT appear to have active front collision avoidance capability, as we were assured prior to purchasing the vehicle. Very poor service; damage done to brand new 2024 Kia Carnival when installing tow package. We have previously sent complaints about both issues but have received NO response from Greenway Kia.
