I came in with a scheduled appointment. I was told they didn't have the tire and stock that the nail in my tire was too big of a hole to patch. I came back the next day after the advisor ha I was told they didn't have the tire and stock that the nail in my tire was too big of a hole to patch. I came back the next day after the advisor had not ordered the tire the manager Joe had to order it. And then when I came back they told me oh it can be patched. I'm very concerned One tech told me I couldn't Patch It One tech told me I could patch it I feel very uncomfortable with the tire. And if it could have been fixed on the first day of my scheduled appointment why did I have to make a second trip. I live 50 miles away 25 each way that's a hundred miles I put on my car for no reason. More
