They lied to sell, promised several benefits only to discover that they weren’t true. We payed a lot more due to their dishonest salesman, a huge markup. The sales team is constantly changing, so don’t discover that they weren’t true. We payed a lot more due to their dishonest salesman, a huge markup. The sales team is constantly changing, so don’t believe you will meet who sold your car there next time you need anything. They keep forgetting to do a full job every time I bring the car to service. I have left with no water in the windshield cleaner. Other time they forgot to put pressure on the tires. The last one I had 4 different pressures on the 4 tires. They put a refresher on my AC as their AC maintenance, charged for it, but it’s not there, the car smells like before. There are good and not so good advisors. They give you an estimate by mouth, and if you ask for it on paper to understand what you’re paying for, they write it in a post it. And they treat you condescendingly if you ask for details, always rushing you to decide to pay them $500 for anything. Minimum of 3 hours for an oil change, even when scheduled. The waiting area and the whole dealership is outdated, the tv is always on improper channels, they don’t care. I regret deeply for having purchased my car there. More
