I took my car in for a service yesterday. I was met by both the service manager and a check in Teck. Every thing explained. An appropriate completion time provided. Done as expected. Pretty disappointed. I understand that the part was on back order and that’s why it took 11 weeks to get the repair done. However, when picked our car up, the rear seat b I understand that the part was on back order and that’s why it took 11 weeks to get the repair done. However, when picked our car up, the rear seat belt wasn’t retracting and a piece of trim on the interior was falling off. Worst part, it had adhesive all over the windshield and paint.I took it back and the assistant service manger was pleasant but didn’t seem to really care or put much effort into returning the car same as we dropped it off. . She had the seat belt and trim fixed as well as the car washed. Unfortunately, adhesive is still all over everything. I asked what else could be done about removing the excessive amount of adhesive and her response was that’s the best they could do. I wish there was an option to post pictures as this would never be expectable if I was providing a service to a paying customer.Basically the entire car will need a professional detailing and possibly clay bared to get the adhesive off. Not really happy about paying someone upwards of 350 to fix a problem they created. More
