Worst dealership ever. Car is 8 months old with less than 18,000 miles and I have a warranty and extended warranty (that I got snookered into) and I just had a $400 repair Car is 8 months old with less than 18,000 miles and I have a warranty and extended warranty (that I got snookered into) and I just had a $400 repair for brakes. I don't care if it is covered by warranty or not, it is not acceptable to have brake problems 8 months after a car purchase. Go anywhere else for service because they suck. DONT BIY AT THIS KIA DEALERSHIP! I needed a new battery after 59 days of my purchase. I have the KIA warranty and purchased the $3000.00 gold extra warranty bumper to bumper and 90 d I needed a new battery after 59 days of my purchase. I have the KIA warranty and purchased the $3000.00 gold extra warranty bumper to bumper and 90 days. Their service department wanted $455,00 for a new battery after my KIA Sorrento was towed there. I had it towed out of there and went to Costco for a new battery ($169.99) . They just lost my business forever and my friends and family business. I will go to another KIA dealership in the Orlando area for all my service and warranty work for the next ten years. . They cant even stand buy there sales for 59 days with everything they sold me totaling over $30K. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT IS WORTHY OF YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS!!! More

BEWARE! Go elsewhere for repairs!! Their policy is to charge a diagnostic fee of $270 for EACH issue you want them to check out. I other words the LEAST amou Go elsewhere for repairs!! Their policy is to charge a diagnostic fee of $270 for EACH issue you want them to check out. I other words the LEAST amount you will have to pay is $270 even if they only DX the issue. In my case it was a broken plastic exterior door handle which was obviously broken. They apply the fee to the repair but this means the least amount you will be charged is $270 even if it would be considerably less to repair. If I would have asked them to check out another issue, big or small, it would have been an additional $270, minimum or a third issue an additional $270 regardless of what the price would be to fix it. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. I am investigating their other dealerships to see if they have the same policy and they do, I will be rating each of of their Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, and any other dealer affiliates with Greenway in the same manner. Truly a disgusting practice. More

My vehicle was in their service department for almost 4 months and given back to me with the same issue it was brought in there for. My vehicle had a check engine light on and it was figured out to be part of a recall. Well they gave the vehicle back to me once and barely exited the dealership for the check engine light to come back on. Then I returned to the dealership a few weeks later as I was told that everything was fixed finally and I can take my car back. This was a lie cause my car wasn't fixed at all; they just wanted the rental car returned to them as Kia wasn't reimbursing them fast enough. So, they allowed my safety to be at risk for their budget. This all came from the mouth of the service manager. So for your safety, go anywhere else to repair your Kia. More
