I bought my car for recall work, rather I drove it in for recall work (Mike tried to say I got it towed, then it wasn't drive able). I picked my car Up not in the condition I dropped it off in. This man MIKE SHAW tried to tell me anything to get out of fixing my car. When Enterprise came to pick me up he turned around and spoke rudely to him as well. So nasty so rude that the guy from enterprise even was like whoa dude calm down. So kia needs to get someone there who knows how to treat customers. It's one thing to deny or take responsibility for your screw up. It's a whole other ballgame when you talk to people like there beneath you. More
Very happy I came in for routine maintenance. Joe the service guy brought me out to my car and showed me the brakes were low and the tires were worn badly. I am I came in for routine maintenance. Joe the service guy brought me out to my car and showed me the brakes were low and the tires were worn badly. I am on a fixed income and didn't think I could afford to get my car fixed. He spoke with the manager Mike and they worked with me and my budget, and gave me a complementary alignment so my tires wouldn't wear out again. There were other things my car will need but Joe showed me filters and prioritized what could wait and for how long. Very kind and trustworthy More
