The advisor did her job but she was getting back from lunch til I was being acknowledged by anyone. I even went inside and was told someone would assist. I sat in car for 15m even w an appointment. More

Eso lo que le describo se solo cambiaron el aceite en 4 horas y media le pedí que pusieran los líquidos del parabrisas y chekearan los niveles y nada tuve que comprar un galón para limpia parabrisas igual ese no es el punto. El punto es la demora y el trato al cliente nada más y peor aún cuando uno compra mantenimientos y seguros de protección que cuestan mucho pero cuando se pide algo es un dolor de cabeza hacer que te atiendan ok igual gracias no volveré por allá en cualquier lugar de cambios de aceite se demoran 10 a 15 min te chekean todo llantas batería levels y es muchoooo más barato gracias .
