I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. When I test drove the vehicle, it was almost completely out of gas, so I wasn’t even able to take it on a proper test drive. I really liked the car, so I assumed they would at least fill the tank before I purchased it. Instead, after I signed the paperwork, my salesman, Daniel, told me that “used cars come as is,” and they wouldn’t even put gas in it. I’ve never experienced that at any dealership. To make matters worse, the A/C wasn’t working properly the same day I drove the vehicle home. I called the dealership immediately, expecting them to stand behind a car they had just sold me, but I was told I would have to pay out of pocket to have it repaired. I also asked to speak with the manager, Reggie, but he refused to return my calls. The customer service after the sale was terrible. Daniel was unhelpful, and Reggie showed no interest in addressing my concerns. Selling a vehicle with almost no gas and an A/C issue, then refusing to help a customer who reported the problem immediately, is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
