Worst car dealership experience I’ve had. I’m new to the area and wanted to try out this dealership for a go-to for oil changes and other routine work because I had seen how nice the dealersh I’m new to the area and wanted to try out this dealership for a go-to for oil changes and other routine work because I had seen how nice the dealership looked when driving by. I bring my car up to the service area and the worker that greeted me looked like she had not brushed her hair or showered in days. Then we get to her desk and she has a large vape pen sitting on her desk. She did not share her name with me at all and tried to charge me $90 for an oil change despite it being $75 online when I booked the appointment. I later found out from my paperwork that her name was Cherlin Blemenschu. The oil change took an hour and my car at outside the long area for 15 minutes without anyone coming to give me the paperwork to pay and leave. I asked a lady in the lounge area if I should pay with her and she said no they will bring the paperwork and deal with you and proceeded to let me sit there for the whole 15 minutes while she gossiped about men with younger coworkers. I then walked over to the original office where I had checked in and the original woman who helped me was on the phone and did not acknowledge me when I walked in. The man sitting next to her said she will be with you in a few. I waited 5 minutes until the man helped me and kept mumbling about how he wasn’t familiar with my service work despite the paperwork being in front of him. I paid and he asked if I could receive a text receipt and I said I’d prefer print and he seemed put off that I asked for that and that he had to check me out in the first place. I did not get his name but he had long white hair combed back. I then walkout to my car after paying and they left the wrap on the seat and floor and left a paper tag in the windshield. Worst customer service experience ever and will not be coming back. They did not make me feel comfortable leaving my car to get worked on there. More
