Purchased vehicle on August 13 sales was great. We traded in 24 seltos for 27 seltos. In finance we were told within 4-6 weeks would get refund check for gap for 500.00 well it’s been 5 weeks so We traded in 24 seltos for 27 seltos. So I called corporate store was told by cancellation there is no check coming it’s called a charge back to dealership. Very very dissapointed More

This was our first service visit with Greenway Kia at the Avenues. We had received a postcard from the dealership for a discounted oil and filter change price and decided to get that done early on our 2027 T Avenues. We had received a postcard from the dealership for a discounted oil and filter change price and decided to get that done early on our 2027 Telluride. Right from the beginning, the experience was very pleasant. A young lady graciously welcomed my wife and I and helped find our service manager, Joseph (Joe) Merturi. While Joe was writing up our service order, I noticed someone pop the hood on our car, which was still in the service line, and top off the windshield washer fluid. They were on it that fast. After writing us up, Joe recommended we wait in the customer waiting area where we had fresh coffee and water and watched TV. Joe brought us the paperwork there when the service was completed, explained all that was done, and that the car was just steps away, washed and ready to go. Doesn't get any easier than that. We'll be back. More
