Miles Wilkerson is the BEST Sales person I have met in a long time - he listened to what I wanted and needed and went out of his way to ensure I got it. My service experience was wonderful. The only concern I had was the online quote ($225) was much lower than the 15,000 mile package the dealer offered ($399) and then the final price ($5 The only concern I had was the online quote ($225) was much lower than the 15,000 mile package the dealer offered ($399) and then the final price ($518) was much higher than that. Ended up paying over twice what I was expecting. The service was wonderful though and the new facility looks great. More

My mom and I purchased a 2017 Yukon XL and everything appeared to be good. But WOW did we know that the oil wasn't changed like stated, they did not do the tune-up. After driving the SUV it skipped, shak appeared to be good. But WOW did we know that the oil wasn't changed like stated, they did not do the tune-up. After driving the SUV it skipped, shaked and hesitated. We asked several times about getting these things done, because THANK GOD there was a mistake on their part. If they had fixed these things it would have been the best experience. The sales lady was amazing!!! Thank you Amerah she tired her BEST to help. But they would rather one make a sell not caring about your safety. I was told by the head of sales/finance that THEY DIDN'TWANT TO DO THE TUNE-UP. It's not right that BIG/little brand auto dealers sell you garbage. But buy here at your own will. More
