Thomas was patient and worked with me to try to find the proper solution to our situation. The sales department on the other hand was absolutely insulting and rude. I was considering trading in my car for proper solution to our situation. The sales department on the other hand was absolutely insulting and rude. I was considering trading in my car for a new one. The appraisal on my vehicle was so low and disgusting that I would never buy a car from Avenues Kia. In fact I bought a 2024 Honda civic from down the street. There was no attempt to even try and work with me to make a bad situation better. That is why I gave you a 3 star only. More
