No pressure. They did not try to pressure me. That was appreciated. On my first visit, they gave me an aggressive bid on my trade-in (as it turned out, far superior to 5 other bids). Before I left, they strongly encouraged me to consider KIA in-house financing and thereby gain an additional rebate. The car itself (Sportage) more than meets my expectations, but coupled with the industry-leading warranty program and the above noted financial incentives, my decision was easy. One last thought, you ought to get Mike better internet connectivity. We were twiddling our thumbs far too long (not his fault). More

The repairs were not completed correctly the first time, causing me to return the vehicle the next day and have to then be late for an out of town meeting I had to already be on the road for. I had to then get a rental at Enterprise, was charged $100 by then for a two day rental, only to then have the dealership call me an hour after I was already on the road to tell me the car was ready. Had the repairs been done correctly the first visit, I never would of needed to waste money on the rental. More
