I brought my car to another (local) Kia dealer for a follow up to a problem they created. The other dealer is refusing to take ownership of their mistake and damage to my car. I called Rey at Greenway follow up to a problem they created. The other dealer is refusing to take ownership of their mistake and damage to my car. I called Rey at Greenway and he was able to squeeze me in. He had the part ordered that day (special ordered). Once the part arrived, my car was completed in one day. Rey kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very easy to work withI will be coming back to Greenway for sure for my service needs for my two Kias! More
