Ashley Dykstra greated us as soon walked in I explained to her that we we're on our way home when the service engine light came on and the car told us to get the car serviced asap. Ashley said she would get us in with the next available tech. He diagnosed and repaired My Kia Sorento in a very timely manor. I can't say enough about how well we we're taken care of and was able to finish our trip home. I wish this dealership was closer to my house ad I would definitely be using them. I also liked how they kept me updated on the progress of the work being performed in real time. More
