I arrived for my service appt, and was supposed to have a loaner waiting for me. Someone put me in a chair and asked me to wait. After 20 minutes, I went to ask about it, and no one was even working on it. T loaner waiting for me. Someone put me in a chair and asked me to wait. After 20 minutes, I went to ask about it, and no one was even working on it. The person they went to go “find” wasn’t even working that day. In total, it took debating with the sales people and a full hour of waiting between sales customers to get a loaner I was told I would have at drop off. When I came back later to get my vehicle after tinting and drove off, I realized that they did a sun strip on the windshield which I specifically said I did not want and was put clearly in the appointment notes. And now I’ll have to make yet another trip to have it removed. i appreciate the offer to tint the new vehicle purchase, but the miscommunications and delays were a frustrating and unnecessary part of the experience. Anytime I have ever taken my car to a dealer for serice , they charge a diagnostic fee but if you get the service done they remove the diag fee. Here they did the diagnostic for 300 then charged me 400 on to they charge a diagnostic fee but if you get the service done they remove the diag fee. Here they did the diagnostic for 300 then charged me 400 on top of that for the repairs. The repair was injection cleaning and an oil change. I feel like 300 for a diagnostic is very high to begin with :( More
My 2024 Telluride gas mileage has gone from 21-24mpg to 15-17mpg even on the highway. I am using premium gas. I asked them to check it when I brought it in for the recall service and they said there was 15-17mpg even on the highway. I am using premium gas. This dealership is crooked and dishonest. We went to trade a Honda Ciivic for a Sportage. I refused to sign the paperwork until they corrected the buyer order on the paperwork, then we did not hear back from them until almost 2 months later. I had assumed it had already been finalized but then when we inquired about making the first payment we’re told that the loan never went through. They asked for the car back. They have pocketed the cash and have already sold the Civic. My daughter was just told to go to another dealer to buy a car. Granted we should have Benn on their butts but because they didn’t contact us we assumed all was well. Now we have to get a lawyer to try to recoup the money. We will NEVER deal with any KIA dealers again. And we will tell EVERYONE we know what this dealership did. Christian was the salesman and he lies to make the sale. Remember this… they will lie and steal to get their quota and they will NOT be doing anything to give you a “deal”. More
