Excellent service from the minute I got there to the point of leaving. Everyone was accommodating and respectful of my concerns and limited time at the dealer. The car was delivered to me dirty, unwashed! There was only 9 miles to drive, they even didn’t filled the tank. I was told to come back for the gas refill. I told my salesman I’m coming for gas refill and he said I did not give me review so NO GAS REFILLS. The dealer also didn’t give me the special financing rate which I qualified for. After the delivery of the car, the seat memory wasn’t working, so I went back and they said thats how its supposed to be. I have to argue with them to show me in the other car if it doesn’t work. First they didn’t let me check the other car but later when I did! I showed them it’s working in the other car. Then the technician fixed it and said the cable was disconnected under the seat. Their salesman’s and service manager doesn’t even know their own product. More

I appreciated the veterans discount. However, I had to wait about a half an hour longer to check out. I know this because my car was just sitting outside, ready to go. I believe that the service guy could have motioned to one of the other service sales guys to take care of me who were not assisting anybody. My low tire pressure indicator was still on and I was told that it'll correct itself after driving a few miles or so. But it's still on!!! Not trying to be hyper-critical or mean. There is definitely room for much improvement. More
