Decent for regular maintenance. However, when I started having issues on my newer Kia that should be covered under warranty, they did not want to help me or even diagnose the issue. Thomas was patient and worked with me to try to find the proper solution to our situation. The sales department on the other hand was absolutely insulting and rude. I was considering trading in my car for proper solution to our situation. The sales department on the other hand was absolutely insulting and rude. I was considering trading in my car for a new one. The appraisal on my vehicle was so low and disgusting that I would never buy a car from Avenues Kia. In fact I bought a 2024 Honda civic from down the street. There was no attempt to even try and work with me to make a bad situation better. That is why I gave you a 3 star only. More
