Complete incompetence and greed Negotiated everything over the phone & came w/ check in hand, but it still took over 3 hours to complete the paperwork (which was all wrong). As I was finally leaving in the car that I had not even test driven, my sales person was way more concerned about making his next deal than showing me how to use & set up my new car. The best part… It took 3!!!! MONTHS to get my tags! This was after more than 60 phone calls and messages left, not ONE OF WHICH WAS EVER RETURNED!!! My advice- stay far far away! Horrific customer service experience and put a huge damper on the joy of buying a new car. More

Not the best experience, price is higher than other KIA dealers, the facility was clean and nice, Wifi was not working... coffee machine was. I need help with getting a tag for my vehicle. I purchased a car in October of this year from Kia at the Avenues. I have been issued two different temporary tags. The current tag I have has expire I purchased a car in October of this year from Kia at the Avenues. I have been issued two different temporary tags. The current tag I have has expired. I am not sure why I have not been given a permanent tag on this vehicle. I am very concerned about this situation. My daughter drives this car and I don’t want her to be pulled over by police for having an expired tag. This is not good business! More
