Greenway Kia at the Avenues - Service Center

Our car was at the shop for about 3 weeks until we finally talked to the manager who was able to get our car back to us within a few hours. The person handling our car did not answer text messages or finally talked to the manager who was able to get our car back to us within a few hours. The person handling our car did not answer text messages or phone calls, and hung up on us once. It took for an appraiser to come to the shop after the car being there for over a week to learn that the car just needed oil. Communication was terrible and customer service was awful. The manager was amazing and helped us but ultimately, that is not her job but the customer service representatives jobs to handle our car and communication around it. More

There was no one to greet me when I first arrived. I had to go seek out assistance although several people were walking around outside. It took 3 hours for a diagnostic. Then I was told I needed a new transmission and my car needed to stay but I could not get a loaner. My car sat there overnight with no updates until I called the following afternoon where I was told it needed a software update. I had to call yet again a couple hours later for an update and told I was good to pick it up. No one even offered a shuttle, I had to request one. Communication was poor at best. More

It was easy to get an appointment. The check in and out was fast and simple. I was able to wait or get a shuttle. I've used both services... My Service Agent was AHHHHMAZZZING!!! I was the first appointment in the morning for an oil change. I waited at the dealership for 2 HOURS before my vehicle was ready. If I would of known this is the type of service dealerships provide I wou change. I waited at the dealership for 2 HOURS before my vehicle was ready. I would have left 5 stars again as I did for my first prior regular servicing and maintenance visit. However, this time around I'm left with concerns on the current and future reliability of my vehicl prior regular servicing and maintenance visit. However, this time around I'm left with concerns on the current and future reliability of my vehicle after leaving the dealership and reviewing my receipt and finding a "mysterious" notation printed on my receipt recommending service to my vehicle's cooling system (which I was not informed about by neither the service technicians or the Service Advisor Reinaldo) while at the dealership having my car serviced. Therefore, I called the Service Advisor Mr. Reinaldo not long after leaving the dealership to find out what was going on in regards to the notation on my receipt (that I was not informed of while waiting as my vehicle was being serviced), and whether or not there was an issue with my vehicle that needed to be addressed even though I haven't experienced any engine warnings or other issues with my vehicle. Mr. Reinaldo assured me that the notation on my receipt regarding recommended servicing to my vehicle's cooling system was an error which could not be corrected on my receipt since the service ticket was closed, and that I did not need to worry because my vehicle was fine and there was no servicing needed to my vehicle's cooling system at this time. (Thank you Mr. Reinaldo for the clarification on the error and the reassurance that all is well with my vehicle, I truly appreciate it!) Otherwise, everything else seemed to go fine, just like my previous regular maintenance and service visit. Hopefully all is well with my vehicle and maybe my next regular maintenance and service visit will be better than this time around. I just hope that no issues suddenly occur with my vehicle especially when traveling with my family. More

This is my first Kia and my first visit to Greenway was just a great experience. I had a warranty item to repair and the service team was just so helpful and pleasant, they not only repaired the issue but just a great experience.
