I have always had a good experience at Greenway, typically have only dealt with Syzmon I believe for routine oil change drop off/pick up. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. Brought my daughter’s car in, only 50,000 miles, because caution lights were on. Service said it was the sensor in the back tire a with a dealership. Brought my daughter’s car in, only 50,000 miles, because caution lights were on. Service said it was the sensor in the back tire and replaced it. Called us and said, no, that wasn’t it and it was the wiring harness, again that wasn’t it, called again and said it was the HECU. Paid over $7000 and they had my car for 2 weeks. The communication with the entire dealership is horrific as they do not call to give updates, The service manager and service advisors are beyond unprofessional and forget about trying to speak with the GM, he is nonexistent, does not return phone calls and is never at the dealership. On top of all of this while driving home after picking the car up, we put the wipers on to find the negative battery piece connected to the drivers side, which scratched the windshield. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. More

My family and I were traveling back to Virginia when we had a roadside emergency. We were able to set an appointment same day and were in and out in an hour. I have only used Service & Parts. Everyone I’ve had contact with has been professional, courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I’m always greeted quickly and service times have been reasonable. This is the only local jacksonville dealership that I will do business with due mainly to the personnel and how I’m treated as more than just a customer. I even quit going to the dealership in St Augustine where I purchased my vehicle for that reason. More
