Ashley Dykstra greated us as soon walked in I explained to her that we we're on our way home when the service engine light came on and the car told us to get the car serviced asap. I can't say enough about how well we we're taken care of and was able to finish our trip home. I wish this dealership was closer to my house ad I would definitely be using them. Nothing got fixed on my car and Ashley the service advisor that I dealt with was rude when I was trying to pick my car up for the second time since they couldn’t figure it out the first time either. S advisor that I dealt with was rude when I was trying to pick my car up for the second time since they couldn’t figure it out the first time either. She parked my car in an aggressive manner and then didn’t pull my car up to the front for me. I was advised that I would only need to drop it off for a few hours the second time and it ended up being about 6 hours and they didn’t find anything. They also did not communicate with me at all when I called for a status update. I had to call multiple times and no one answered. I ended up just having to show up both times and tell them I wanted my car back More
