Absolutely insane how I was treated by Austin in the service center. I left in tears. Accosted me in front of everyone in the waiting room because he was annoyed that I didn't accept their answer that ' service center. I left in tears. Accosted me in front of everyone in the waiting room because he was annoyed that I didn't accept their answer that 'they couldn't duplicate the popping my brakes were making' and asked them to look again. Came back and kept saying whoever changed my tires lost one of my lug nuts and if I want one I'll have to pay for it (after I was just informed by the service manager my warranty covered head to toe, the car has barely 4000 miles on it) and I said nobody has touched my car but you guys and he said well we didn't do it and you'll have to pay for it and I said that's not what I was just told and then continued to yell and argue with me til I finally started recording it. Then TRIED TO GIVE ME SOMEONE ELSES CAR AND REFUSED TO BELIEVE IT WASNT MINE . Guess what? That car was missing the lugnut. Not mine. So basically they couldn't duplicate the sound my brakes were making because they weren't even in my car. But he insists my brakes were inspected, but continued to argue and accost me over and over loudly even when I was telling him please leave me alone i just want to leave. Continues to loudly talk xxxx as I'm trying to get my child in the car. Terrible, terrible experience. I don't even know if they changed my oil or not like they were supposed to. I just wanted to get out of there so bad. I have recordings I plan to send to management. Receptionist and sales manager were extremely helpful when I first got there and needed paperwork printed for me. More
We received a phone call asking us to leave a review, so here we are. We took our 2021 K5 in for an oil change and to have a skid plate replaced. We called Thursday afternoon to see if they had any availability and what the cost of an oil change was for our specific vehicle. They had an appointment for 8:30 Friday morning and let us know that an oil change would be $79 plus tax. We decided to drop the car off Thursday evening using the drop box to ensure we were there on time and they did not have to wait on us. On the envelope we placed in the drop box, we specifically requested they call us with a total price before performing any work. We did not receive a phone call until at least 10 that morning (keep in mind our appointment was at 8:30 am). In the phone call Laura told us all the other things we needed to do in addition to the oil change and skid plate. We knew there would be recommendations for additional work but nothing was pressing so we decided to wait. In the phone call, we were not told a total price as requested. We called back promptly and could not get in touch with laura. We spoke with another service advisor that let us know Laura was with another guest and would call us back. An hour later, we received a TEXT from Laura letting us know a price for everything she recommended (after we had already said we would only be doing the oil change and skid plate). The price list included the price for the oil change that was said to be $79 plus tax. In Laura’s text, she stated that the oil change would be $131. I tried to call Laura again, to no avail. At this point I wasn’t sure what to do so I called and requested to speak with the service manager. He did not answer either. I left him and Laura a message requesting a phone call to discuss the discrepancies in the two quotes I was given. I did not receive a phone call back. It is now 4:30 pm and we have not receive a phone call or any sort of communication regarding our vehicle. Again, I called for an update and was told Laura would call us back. We got no such phone call. I called and left the service manager another voicemail. We did not receive a phone call from either one. We went to pick up our vehicle Saturday morning and I asked the service advisor that was working if the service manager was there. He said he was not sure. The receptionist also said that he wasn’t sure if he was there. There was one service advisor working that day and, you guessed it, it was not Laura. We spoke with this service advisor and he was very kind and apologetic for our experience. I kindly told him to find another job. He didn’t fit in there. He was being worked like a dog as the only advisor working on a Saturday. THEN I look over to the service managers office window and wouldn’t know he was sitting in there behind his desk letting his advisor put out fires for him and not helping when the line of cars grew to be 4-5 cars long. At the end of the day, we got the oil change, skipped the skid plate, paid, and swore we would never use this service department again. Honestly, there’s no evidence of an oil change even happening (no windshield sticker, oil life on dash not reset, etc.). So, Laura and Greenway Kia of Franklin… you asked for a review. Here it is! Do better. More
