BEST new car buying experience EVER!! I've purchased cars in the past and spent 4-5 hours at the dealership, so was prepared to do the same when I got to Kia Riverchase. Well, I was pleasa I've purchased cars in the past and spent 4-5 hours at the dealership, so was prepared to do the same when I got to Kia Riverchase. Well, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to tell everyone that this was not the case at Kia. The entire buying process took less than 3 hours and some of that time was due to me leaving to run a quick errand. In addition to the quick time it took, I must say Teddy Frye my salesman is simply the BEST!! He took is time, selected the perfect car that fit me perfectly AND gave me on of his prized possessions (a fancy writing pen...lol). His attention to detail and how he actively listened to my wants and concerns impressed me. He and the rest of the staff I encountered were extremely and genuinely friendly while providing great customer service. In this day and time, that speaks volumes. I've been bragging about Riverchase Kia since I pulled off the lot in my new Optima. Thank you for all that you do and did.....And kudos to Teddy again!! More
