They gave us a deal when NO ONE else would We visited multiple dealerships in the area looking to get my wife out of a car that was not worth what she was paying for it. Amazing Friendly Serivce and Caring I was so impressed with the caring spirit of Greg Craven and the whole finance department at Riverchase Kia. I was apprehensive about my recent credi I was so impressed with the caring spirit of Greg Craven and the whole finance department at Riverchase Kia. I was apprehensive about my recent credit history and a little fearful, but within five minutes of talking with Mr. Craven, he made me feel at ease and as if I was talking to a family member. He was very professional yet had a compassionate spirit. The Finance Department in working with Mr. Craven was very concerned with meeting my needs and making sure I got a great car and a payment I was comfortable with. This is Why Not One Trusts Car Salesmen At every turn it seemed another half-truth fell from these people. 1.) "The Kia Soul is $15-16 K." Lie. After the dealer markup and fees be prepared t At every turn it seemed another half-truth fell from these people. 1.) "The Kia Soul is $15-16 K." Lie. After the dealer markup and fees be prepared to pay $20-23 K for a new model. 2.) After getting in a used model and starting the engine it was VERY ruff idea for 30-60 sec. "They all do that ... my last two always did that." Lie. Went to another dealer and started a Kia that started and idled fine immediately. And let's not leave out "The brakes do that because of 'rust' buildup" (Most of the time the brakes make that noise because they need to be replaced!). 3.) And the winner ... "The Soul is $16 K and only has 30,000 miles." Lie. 30,000+ miles were displayed on the door sticker but the odometer clearly read >65,000 miles. "Oops ... sorry." It was everything a person has come to expect from a car dealership: half-truths and pressure tactics. I wouldn't buy toothpicks from these people. More

Miracle worker First off I would like to start off by saying that I have been where you are and this is for the person reading this review I went around to numerous First off I would like to start off by saying that I have been where you are and this is for the person reading this review I went around to numerous dealerships and they all told me that I was not approved I started getting discouraged and then I contacted Teddy at Kia he told me that he could get me approved of course I was skeptical after being turned down so many times I've got there and Teddy had me approved and in a car within an hour he was very nice help this out stayed till 9 o'clock at night and to add his awesomeness we called back the next day and told him that we needed to change cars he was very happy to help us with changing vehicles and again stayed until 9 o'clock this man is a miracle worker and I encourage you to give this man the opportunity before you contact anyone else it will save you a lot of time thank you teddy Frye me and my family will always contact him first.
