Awesome Experience! Where to start? After reading a few bad reviews and having had horrible experience from past dealerships, I was skeptical about Awesome Nissan of Brun Where to start? After reading a few bad reviews and having had horrible experience from past dealerships, I was skeptical about Awesome Nissan of Brunswick. My husband and I were already aggravated from the ordeal we went through the weekend before, driving 2 hours to purchase a vehicle just to be blind sided by our finance company, just as we were about to sign the final paperwork on a truck. Which we didn't get the truck, no fault of that particular dealership. We worked briefly with Ty, she sent us photos of the truck and help set up the appointment. Most of our time was with Preston & Alex, and at no point did we feel "pressured" into anything. Preston is personable, made the experience pleasant. And Alex with financing, what can I say, he is a Big Kid! Love his personality. We appreciate what they did for us, especially after the whole aggravation from the week before. Did I mention this truck is a late Christmas, early Birthday Gift for my husband! Thank you all for making this happen! The only thing we clenched our teeth at was the "reconditioning fee" it was a bit much, however they are upfront about it, some dealerships "hide" the fee's. Thank you all again! More
