I took it in to be serviced and realized it was not smart to put any more money into it. I had no intentions of buying a new car that day but when I spoke with the sales staff I realized it was time. Everything was presented to me in a clear and professional manner and Preston and Charlie were very good with how nervous I was. More importantly I trusted them and I never really trust sales people. It’s been a week now and I absolutely love my new 2018 Nissan Altima. Plus I purchased the fully loaded version and it makes driving so much fun. More

Don’t go to this dealership unless you like deceit/ lies! Was given an online / on phone quote of $21652 (which I have in print) but when we got to the finance office Steven Fowler used some slight of hand mo Was given an online / on phone quote of $21652 (which I have in print) but when we got to the finance office Steven Fowler used some slight of hand moves and trickery and we walked out having financed over $25000. He made it seem like we HAD to pick gap insurance and said he was “throwing in” 72/12000 warranty when in fact we were got home reading our contract we had been charged both of those things. 899 for gap and 1770+ for the “thrown in” warranty. We didn’t get to review the sales contract and he infact had us sign a blank iPad screen so until the very end we thought we were getting the agreed to price that had brought us there. I so wish we had bought from Crosby Nissan in waycross and got the deal we were promised. I will never buy a car from Nissan again. Especially NOT so awesome Nissan. More
