This was not only the worst car service experience but the worst customer service experience of my life. I did not have my car for 2 weeks because they quoted the price incorrectly (I refused to pay 1200 the worst customer service experience of my life. I did not have my car for 2 weeks because they quoted the price incorrectly (I refused to pay 1200 extra dollars). And when I finally got that sorted and picked the car up, it wasn't working properly; and the fifth time I drove it the check engine light came on and I took it to Barnes to be repaired for real. Greenway may have already dealt with the issue at the dealership, because I saw that service positions were listed on Indeed, but this was my experience. Very difficult and disappointing. More
