When I called the dealership to inquire about used cars John INman helped us and I hate to say that I did not like that he's always unsure of what cars to show me and then kept pushing other brand new cars, like i get the Upsell but its just make it not fun to shop at cars anymore. also, when we enter the building there are a bunch of people blocking the way, and did not even move so we can pass.On a possitive note!, I really loved how Jamie helped us on the next day we return to shop for a car. She was very polite and accommodating, and i feel like she understands our limited time to visit the dealership because we have a toddler with us. overall the process took longer than I expected, the Finance Manager was very understanding and helpful as well. I forgot the other Gentleman's name who helped us run the numbers to meet our Budget for the new car. Thank you so much Sir! More
