Understandably Frustrating I received an email regarding a warranty extension on my EVAP tube (the same email that all Nissan dealerships and owners received). After experiencin I received an email regarding a warranty extension on my EVAP tube (the same email that all Nissan dealerships and owners received). After experiencing significant issues with my gas tank, I called and made an appointment with Awesome Nissan Brunswick. No one at this dealership had heard about the email I received. After sitting there for 2.5 hours, Danielle came to inform me that no one was able to look at my car and I'd have to bring it by again. She was very apologetic, but the manager was "out of the office" so no one else could speak to me. I called the general Nissan customer service line and they were able to assist me with a new appointment. I showed for my new appointment on time and while they were able to fix the issue the second visit, a manager still did not come address the issue. Coming to a dealership that is unaware of the recall/warranty situation on vehicles they sell AND sitting there for almost 3 hours while no one informed you that no one could see the vehicle was incredibly frustrating. Danielle did her best to resolve the situation, but I did not have a pleasant experience with the Brunswick Nissan. I understand staffing issues, but do not make an appointment if you dont have the staff to support the work needing to get done. More
