The service manager that worked on our car was great, she went over the paperwork and replaced the part that was under the recall, in which the local repair shop did for us also, with some part that that they got from Amazon, they did not tell us that there was any recall on our car until we told them that we called you. Got a much better deal at Jenkins than in my own hometown Found my dream car 70 miles from home and was able to get it at an AWESOME price. I did give a lower rating for quality of work because when I picked up the car, the windshield wipers were BAD and I was told the papers had already been signed so - I was on my own. Also, there's a big spot on the passenger side that was not detailed properly and is very noticeable (the whole corner of the back door still has wax on it). (Yes, as soon as the weather permits, I'll clean that off myself.) More
