Poor customer service by the service manager. Rude and dismissive. Not customer friendly. My car was ready for awhile. Instead of making sure the customers who were there were satisfied and taken Rude and dismissive. Not customer friendly. My car was ready for awhile. Instead of making sure the customers who were there were satisfied and taken care of appropriately, I waited for over 2 hours for a an oil change and tire rotation. After seeing my car just sitting in the parking lot, I had to inquire whether my car was done or had been seen. When addressing the fact that this was my second poor experience with them in a row, she acknowledged her familiarity with the previous situation and was still rude and dismissive. I will never bring my cars back or recommend this dealership. More
