I gave specifics on do not run through, they ran it 8x to the do not Banks’s each time. They don’t listen. Your car will have all kinds of dealer charges added at the end. My daughter was totally screwed too. But she bought the car. More

Great sales rep, horrible finance manager. After a fair amount of negotiating and deciding, I agreed to purchase a used Volvo that had been on their lot for some time. The sales rep, was great and at 72 years old, I have dealt with a lot of sales reps. We shook hands and I made the agreed upon downpayment. Long story short, when I got to the finance manager, things turned upside down: he was gruff, unprofessional, and, as a psychologist, I would say seemed a bit egotistical/narcissistic. When just about to complete the deal, he reneged on a significant part of the negotiation. the sales rep seemed mortified and, to his credit, apologized profusely. I immediately asked for my down payment to be refunded and left with an acrid taste in my mouth. A finance manager, it would seem, understands finances. Long story short, at last check, the car is still on the lot. Greenway is not worth the trip.. More

Horrible Dealership! 55 days and no title paperwork filed. The truck broken down 8 miles after purchase. Then it broke down again a month later. Most of my paperwork wasn 55 days and no title paperwork filed. The truck broken down 8 miles after purchase. Then it broke down again a month later. Most of my paperwork wasn't on the thumb drive like it was suppose to be. Finally got the Bill of Sale 2 months later. The selling price was different. They ignore phone calls and all the voicemails are full. I left with a no working Truck and don't have the extended warranty paperwork. Truck was full of German roaches, Lawsuit is pending. More

Recently the federal trade commission has launched an investigation into dealerships who target military and then add on extra cost. Extra products or services you buy and finance along with the car. Common add-ons include, Lux Care, Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP insurance), window etching, and extended warranties and service contracts. We were told buying the Lux Care was not optional, and they tried adding a $4,000 warranty. Jag needs to blacklist this dealerships and make it off limits to military personnel. More
