After nine weeks and a lawyer that pathfinder case is settled. Always wondered if the Murano's transmission was replaced. Ran a Carfax,reported rear brake work and no transmission replaced. Car is sold. From all that's happened with the pathfinder and all the things Charles Walters was going to do and wrong information on forms. Then sending stuff out to the wrong address,a manual for the wrong car. This along with other things have left a bad feeling about this dealership. Also I had to hire a lawyer and sign my rights away.to settle on the.pathfinder. I think I have been taken big time$$$$$. More

Had no problems with this visit. I needed a new battery since my car would not start. The battery was dead. Went and talked with Teddy and he said had to have car to check it out. Nice people, wishing the amenities were better My 2nd trip to Awesome Nissan. Service people nice, but I’ve been to other Nissan dealerships with better service and amenities. They had coffee but n My 2nd trip to Awesome Nissan. Service people nice, but I’ve been to other Nissan dealerships with better service and amenities. They had coffee but no water or snacks, which every other dealership I’ve used has at least had. WiFi was iffy. Asked for expedited service since I’m caring for a sister in law on hospice care. Waited 3 hours. Not offered a loaner but wasn’t a huge deal. Hoping they can improve the service a bit, especially spending $500.00 and waiting 3 hours. More
