Very Helpful! I was hesitant to go back to Nissan because whenever I go there to have my old car service I had experience a bad customer service so that left a bad I was hesitant to go back to Nissan because whenever I go there to have my old car service I had experience a bad customer service so that left a bad lasting impression from them. When I called the dealership to inquire about used cars John INman helped us and I hate to say that I did not like that he's always unsure of what cars to show me and then kept pushing other brand new cars, like i get the Upsell but its just make it not fun to shop at cars anymore. also, when we enter the building there are a bunch of people blocking the way, and did not even move so we can pass.On a possitive note!, I really loved how Jamie helped us on the next day we return to shop for a car. She was very polite and accommodating, and i feel like she understands our limited time to visit the dealership because we have a toddler with us. overall the process took longer than I expected, the Finance Manager was very understanding and helpful as well. I forgot the other Gentleman's name who helped us run the numbers to meet our Budget for the new car. Thank you so much Sir! More
Worse Experience Ever NEVER AGAIN!! Horrible experience. New salesman with NO experience. 2018 truck was filthy dirty at day of pick up. Never got 2key or SD card for Nav. NEVER AGAIN!! Horrible experience. New salesman with NO experience. 2018 truck was filthy dirty at day of pick up. Never got 2key or SD card for Nav. I purchased a vehicle with Nav that is unworkable. I tried to return truck, they threaten to have me arrested if I came on their property. Truck has a DISGUSTING odor still in it (2days). This was and is an experience I will NEVER forget. To compensate me they filled the tank at pick up. I tried calling Salesman, OWNER Charlie (the WORSE EVER-didn’t even try other then makes excuses about missing key n SD card (said “that’s how we got it” DUH!!! When trying to call anyone there, u get a FULL voice box and you can’t even leave a message. DONT BUY THERE!!! More

Of course, we were going to be charged $800.00 when this was something that should’ve been known when car was inspected prior to sale. We were going to be charged just to charge the AC and were told by the GM “because we ( dealership ) lost $200 on the deal, we can’t fix it” We ended up giving the car back which dealership was very quick in doing, not really wanting to fix or try to fix anything. We even came back to try another deal but was told no r/t “only allowing certain finance guy to do my deals” More

Unprofessional The absolute WORST car dealership I have ever dealt with in all my years. These guys were very rude and unprofessional. I came in to buy a used Nissan The absolute WORST car dealership I have ever dealt with in all my years. These guys were very rude and unprofessional. I came in to buy a used Nissan Juke SL on Sunday afternoon. The finance guy showed us some bogus figure on his computer which he claimed he had paid for the car. I only needed him to come off the price less than $1000 to be in my range. The car had 3 cuts in the leather driver seat, scratches everywhere and a significant ding on the gas cover. They wouldn’t budge. 6 days later I am notified by email that they dropped the price almost exactly to my price. Did I mention that I drove over 70 miles to buy the car??? I bought a different Nissan Juke SL for a whole lot less and in way better shape. So, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time on this dealership. More

No one seemed to know what they were talking about, had to find three different people with three different opinions before someone could finally tell me what was actually done to my car. Got new tires the day before and they obvious did not inspect them because they told (the day after I got new tires) I needed to check out their selection so I could get NEWER ones. I’ve been twice and overall I’ve never been satisfied with my service. First time I went they tried forcing an oil change when I had received one the day prior at another dealership. Had the situations not been dire for me to come in I would have never set foot onto the lot. Also all the car salesmen are like vultures, I understand making a living but take a step back and hold off for 2 minutes. If I’m there for service don’t push a new car. More
